A quick intro

Thank you for putting your trust in me and supporting Noisycube. Every product is designed with care and real-world use in mind, and I truly hope it serves you well.

If anything isn’t clear or you’d like a hand with setup, just reach out, I’m always happy to help.

Additionally, if you feel these instructions are not up to scratch, or anything could be clearer or better explained, I’d greatly value your feedback. It allows me to continually improve and make each product and guide better than the last.

1. Choose The Right Position On Your Strap

Before tightening anything, decide where you naturally reach for your camera. Most users position the CamLatch on the upper section of the shoulder strap — just below collarbone height. This keeps your camera secure but instantly accessible. Avoid placing it too low, where it may swing, or too close to your neck, where it can feel restrictive. Take a moment to test the position by holding your camera in place before fastening.

2. Thread The Strap Through The CamLatch

Slide the backpack strap through the rear channel of the CamLatch.

Make sure:

  • The strap lies flat
  • There are no twists
  • The latch sits flush against the strap

The CamLatch is designed to distribute load across the strap, so correct alignment is important for stability.

Colour Theory

Colour has a huge influence on how we (humans) interpret brands and businesses. Believe it or not, most of our thoughts are sub-conscious but it is these thoughts that lead us to spend our money or walk away.

Different colours can convey different emotions and meanings, and are often used in different industries to create a particular feeling or mood. For example, blue is often used in finance and banking because it is associated with trust and stability, while red is commonly used in food and beverage branding because it stimulates appetite and evokes excitement.

Below is a table of colours that explains some of their associations.

Red

passion, love, anger, danger, warning

Yellow

sunshine, happiness, joy, intellect, caution

Blue

calmness, trust, loyalty, wisdom, mystery

White

purity, innocence, cleanliness, peace

Orange

warmth, energy, happiness, enthusiasm

Pink

innocence, femininity, compassion, love

Black

power, sophistication, mystery, evil

Silver

modernity, sophistication, industrial, cold

Purple

royalty, luxury, creativity, mystery

Green

nature, growth, health, harmony, money

Brown

earthliness, reliability, dependability, friendliness

Gold

luxury, wealth, success, prestige, glamour
